The use of your data

Glyxr Website

We do not store any personal information on our glyxr.eu website and we do not use customer profiling. We use google togather anonymized data which pages within glyxr.eu are the most popular, how accessible our website is, etc. We do not sell or share this information with other parties. The data is anonymized and we're unable to identify a particular customer based on it.

Glyxr App

Glyxr is a desktop companion application that displays glucose monitoring data from Abbott's LibreLinkUp system on your Mac or Windows computer. Designed for caregivers, parents, and family members, Glyxr makes it easier to monitor the glucose levels of children, elderly relatives, or other loved ones who use Abbott's FreeStyle Libre continuous glucose monitoring system.

Glyxr stores this data on your personal desktop computer, and does not share or send data to other parties.

Due to how local storage works on different platforms, in some cases removing Glyxr is not sufficient to remove local data. If you want to be sure that your Glyxr data is removed from a device, please contact us at info@glyxr.eu.

Our Internal Systems

We do not operate any internal systems or servers. All data handled in Glyxr is coming from the mentioned LibreLinkUp. See also the Details tab on our website.
